The fully automatic reciprocating machine production line consists of a pulp making system, a forming system, a drying system, a stacking system, a vacuum system, a high-pressure water system, and an air compression system, and can produce multiple types of paper film products. The production line uses waste newspapers, cardboard boxes, scraps, and other waste paper as raw materials, which are mixed into a certain concentration of pulp through processes such as hydraulic crushing, filtration, and water injection. Through a molding system, a wet billet is formed by vacuum adsorption on a customized mold. Finally, the drying line is dried, hot pressed, and stacked to complete the process.
