The production process of pulp molding has three main processes.
Pulping.
Waste paper, corrugated paper, etc. or virgin pulp into the hydrapulper, and then add a certain proportion of water, mixing, broken into pulp; in the pulp pool to add the required chemical additives, and finally modulation of the pulp, you can enter the forming process.
Forming.
The prepared pulp enters the forming machine, and through the principle of vacuum adsorption, it is extruded on a specific mold to obtain the product wet product. This process is assisted by a vacuum system and an air pressure system.
Drying.
After getting the wet product, it should be dried. This part has two ways: one is the traditional hot air drying, that is, the use of drying room, metal drying line, sun drying and other ways, generally used for egg tray and other agricultural packaging, industrial packaging drying. The second is drying in mold, generally used for disposable tableware and other food packaging products, electronic instrument packaging and other high-quality products.
In addition to the above three processes, it is usually equipped with a hot press to shape the product to achieve a smooth and beautiful surface; The laminating machine is generally used to attach film to the surface of disposable tableware products to meet local packaging requirements.
“Gold mountains, not as good as green mountains”, “paper instead of plastic” has become an inevitable trend, let us work together to build a green home.
