Machine Description
The BY series fully automatic tableware production line consists of a pulping system, a molding system, a vacuum system, a high-pressure water system, and an air compression system. It uses pulp boards such as sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, reed pulp, and grass pulp as raw materials and can produce pulp molded tableware in one go. The raw materials are mixed into a certain concentration of pulp through processes such as crushing, grinding, and adding chemical additives. Then, the pulp is uniformly attached to the customized metal mold through vacuum action to form wet products. Then, disposable paper pulp molded catering products are produced through drying, hot pressing, trimming, stacking, and other processes.
