Machine Description
Pulp molded industrial packaging products are made by dehydrating pulp in a mesh mold. It is a type of environmentally friendly packaging product that uses waste newspapers, cardboard boxes, paper tubes, and other materials as the main raw materials, and is prepared into a certain proportion of pulp through processes such as crushing and blending. The pulp is attached to a specially designed mold, and is vacuum adsorbed to form wet pulp semi-finished products, which are then dried, hot pressed and shaped to form various inner lining.
This machine has two working stations, it can make two different types products at the same time. Output on the product collection table semi automatically.
Machine Working processing
● The pulp is mixing with raw material and water. When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine.
● With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be formed on the moulds.
● After forming, the up mould will move forward and drop on the collection table automatically.
● The forming products don’t to be transferred by workers, save labors and high efficiency.
● This machine can be applied to manufacturing large quantity of pulp molding products, especially the high industrial packages items

3. What is the payment method?
A.Afer signing the contract, payment will be made in accordance with 30% deposit by wire transfer and 70% by wre transfer or spot L/C before shipment. The specific way can be agreed
