Fully automatic forming/hot-press shaping integrative machine is a thermoforming machine. Products forming, drying and hot-press shaping are completed in one machine automatically.
After pulp suction and dewatering, the forming working station will transfer the products automatically to drying/shaping working station for discharging moisture. After drying, the dry products will be sent to delivery station. And delivery station transfers the dry products to an external automatic stacker for stacking and counting. In this way, the whole production is proceeded automatically and continuously.
The products have high qualified rate, homogeneous thickness, high density, strong intensity and smooth surface.
This machine mainly applies to make disposable tableware, high grade cushion packaging, high end products outside package boxes, art craft and etc.
1. YC040 was developed based on the previous technologies. The up mould translation adopts servo motor + lead screw driving, which makes running more stable, positioning more precise. Up mould rise and down adopts hydraulic control way, hydraulic oil bump uses the servo oil bump. Its moving speed can be set and it can meet the slow moulds closing products’ requirements.
2. The heating panel adopts Ductile iron as raw material. After formed and processed, the panel has better rigidity and high flatness and parallelism accuracy. It makes sure the panel area pressed equally, every product hot-pressed equally.
3. Four columns and water cooling plate prevents the heating from transferring to machine body and guide rail, which ensures the operation more smoothly and stably.
4. There are 12 sets of individual vacuum and air blowing system on each up and bottom moulds. And the individual temperature control system makes the temperature, pressure and air blowing more homogeneously, which guarantee the products heated and pressed very equally and the products demoulding successful.
5. Individual automatic mould washing and edge trimming device, which can save the edge trimming machine process for some type of products.
6. There is a passage in middle of the machine, easy to install and disassemble moulds and east to maintain.
